Please help with email issue

Hi! Im new and really need help with this problem. Everytime I try the get email command it tries and says "error: the remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized" Ive tried everything I can think of, but I dont know what to do.

You did not written what you have done so far.
Did you set up everything in the VC options menu in the email tab?
