Help-Build Voice Menu-All Groups
« on: July 11, 2014, 08:40:36 PM »
Using the above, I get image 1 not image 2. Is there a way to change this to get image 2?

It looks as though you've accidentally associated html files with Notepad somehow.

Look in your VC directory for the file commandhelp.html (technically, you can use any html file, but this one is probably handy).

1. Right-click the file, select the menu option "Open With"
2. Go down to "Choose default program ..."
3. Select your preferred web browser. Make sure the box "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is checked.

(This is probably what got overwritten somehow previously -- if you opened an html page with Notepad, and didn't notice that that box was checked.)
TIPS: POST VC VERSION #. Explain what you want VC to do. Say what you've tried & what happened, or post a video demo. Attach VC log. Link to instructions followed.  Post your command (xml)

VC creates an html file and then opens it using your default program for html so the problem is most likely with your system setup.
