Ivona TTS free beta for android

This TTS engine seems to work quite well.  Tested with  VoxWav 1.7 and it works great in English and German.  I did not have any luck with the SVOX demo, but the Ivona beta works great with VoxWav.

I don't know how long the beta will last but for now it is free.

You will probably need to uninstall the apk that you installed manually in order to buy VoxWav Pro.

Mostly I have been working on managing groups / phrases, and a little tweak to the TTS.  We've also started to localize it.  So far just to German and Pt-Br.

If anyone wants to help with translation please let me know.  

There is a new command in VC to change the android TTS language.  I will be uploading VC 0.963 presently.  The new version of VC is required to use VW 1.7 properly.
