TTS with Must Confirm

Hey there, Is there anyway to add TTS with must confirm? What I would like is an option along side OSD for TTS So I could have Must confirm commands with the screen off. Example. ME "Turn the aircon on" TTS "Are you sure" me "yes please".

Is this possible at all?

Believe it or not I did try searching first 
This worked perfectly Now I dont have to worry about my Aircon or projector turning on without me knowing it
