Per the action description, the Vera.Raw actions allow you to compose your own HTTP Luup request -- it's an action that gives users the ability to fill in the blanks for devices that can't be controlled using the plugin's standard set of actions.

It  involves consulting the Vera documentation to figure out how to compose the request.

And to find the variables and actions of interest.

And you need to know the IDs for the devices you want to control, of course.
TIPS: POST VC VERSION #. Explain what you want VC to do. Say what you've tried & what happened, or post a video demo. Attach VC log. Link to instructions followed.  Post your command (xml)

My Yale Z-wave was similarly not working.  Your code above did the trick - Thanks

Thanks for the report.

Can I ask which version of VC you are currently using?

I ask because the update that was released yesterday -- 2.2.0.9 -- included a fix to the Vera.SetLockState action that we were hoping would resolve this problem for most users so that they wouldn't have to rely on a Vera.Raw action.
