Prefix not working 1.9.5.0

VC do not recognize the command when in standby ... if I switch it to on ...works perfectly .... there is no errors to report ...
I did not see the vc.recog.started event since I upgraded

I can cofirm the bug in VC1.9.5.0

Looks like a bug in 1.9.5.0

I will be releasing 1.9.5.1 ASAP.  Definitely some time today.  Sorry.
