control all windows 7 OS

a xml with most important feature like windows live mail ,ie etc... to control entire OS with voice!!!

Haha, I know it's Christmas, but I think it would be a little too much work. But you can create with Sendkeys and DxInput commands such an XML and post here  ;)

if you want generic commands to control the whole OS, maybe you should try windows built in speech recognition.

I think there is a email button in dxinput plugin.
