Haha, I know it's Christmas, but I think it would be a little too much work. But you can create with Sendkeys and DxInput commands such an XML and post here

if you want generic commands to control the whole OS, maybe you should try windows built in speech recognition.

I think there is a email button in dxinput plugin.
