I do not fully understand your question but it's always good to take a look to the wiki (if you haven't done it yet):
http://voxcommando.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Actions#Mouse

You can move the mouse and simulate a click with VC, but I'm not aware of a possibility to get the current position.

In today's new VoxCommando release (VC 2.1.4.2) there is a new action Mouse.GetXY.

The action will capture the x,y coordinates of the cursor's current position, which can then be accessed using {LastResult}.

TIPS: POST VC VERSION #. Explain what you want VC to do. Say what you've tried & what happened, or post a video demo. Attach VC log. Link to instructions followed.  Post your command (xml)
