Possible to command WMP?

Hello,

i am new user here (hello from France ) and i test VC for one feature: i would like to control WMP and play artist, album etc. I know it's possible with WMC but what for WMP?

Sorry, VoxCommando does not offer any control over Windows Media Player, and I am not expecting to add this functionality any time soon.

If you want to voice control your music, you can select one of the following:

MediaMonkey
XBMC
iTunes
MediaPortal
WMC

I recommend MediaMonkey; it is free, and vastly superior to Windows Media Player

i like WMP because it makes what i want and is native with Windows.
I want something light, it's not the case of iTunes.
I had a look in MediaMonkey, unfortunatly i use smartplaylists (random tracks playing) and this feature seems not to take part in the free version

sorry about that.  You can blame Miscrosoft because they never released a .net control library for WMP.  

Microsoft should be ashamed.  It is quite a travesty since iTunes has a very nice sdk for .net!
