A star trek like communicator for phones, iPhone and android. Uses bluetooth 4.0. It clips to your shirt etc, is both a microphone and speaker. Touch it to speak.
Available for pre order for release this year.

Looks familiar.  I feel like I've seen this or something similar recently.  Hopefully it will work with any bluetooth so you can pair it directly with your computer.
