Issue with VoxWav pro and Xbmc

So I am kinda of new to this and can't figure out why this is doing this. I currently have VoxCommando off and its red, but my xbmc is still accepting commands. I wan't to only be able to issue commands if I say a prefix, but can't for the life of me get this working. I thought If vox commando is red it should not accept anything.

so I rebooted and now the off works. I still can't figure out why prefix does not work. I set the previx, but ever command gets executed regardless

VoxWav commands are always executed regardless of what mode VC is in.  The VC modes are for normal microphones only.  VoxWav is controlled by tilting or button presses.

Oh well crap. This has been driving me nuts as I read almost every guide out there. Is there anyway to get VoxWav to utilize the modes?

VoxWav is controlled by tilting or button presses.

I am using the version that is always on on even when the device is asleep. This is the reason I wanted the modes. I was not pressing the buttons.
