Version 0.983 next Frodo release

I have made a number of changes to this version in addition to updates for Frodo.

The default Frodo setup now has been updated somewhat, and also uses the xJSON method for generating XML instead of using the XSQL plugin.  This is because the xJSON method is easier for new users to set up and also works when XBMC is running on another machine where you may not be able to access the database files directly.  You can still customize your configuration to use the xSQL method if you prefer it.

the dropdown GenXML menu now has a button for Eden, and for both Frodo methods (xSQL and xJSON)

VC should be able to close better now, without background threads from plugins that are still running preventing the main VC process from closing (I hope).

Actions now appear when initiated in the history windows.  This should make reading the history make more sense.  It used to be that they would only appear in the history window when they completed.

Fixed auto-complete for actions in the LCB.  The auto-complete was not working for actions in Logic blocks.

I added seconds to the time column in the history window.  Now shows (hh:mm:ss)

Numerous other little fixes and things I have forgotten!
