thanks.  I'm looking into it.

It seems that when I merge some extra dlls into voxcommando.exe it breaks the localisation.   I haven't been able to find a solution (actually I can't even find someone with the same exact problem by googling) so I will probably just stop merging the dlls.  This will just mean more files in the main VC folder.  Not really a big deal... and it makes my life a bit easier every time I do a new release.

I have discovered what looks like a promising free tool to help with managing translations of multiple languages in visual studio so I will probably be re-exploring the possibility of a more "multi-lingual interface".  The program is called "Zeta Resource Editor".  If anyone has a similar need I recommend you check it out.
