Error on startup
« on: July 07, 2015, 10:50:02 PM »
Sorry guys, I haven't been able to find a fix for this.

On startup (and when I go into and close edit) I get errors stating:   (pic attached)
Error opening group srgs file: srgs\en-US_Kodi Play Album ArtistMusic.cfg,
Error opening group srgs file: srgs\en-US_Cinema Experience double feature.cfg,
Failed to create cfg: srgs\en-US_Kodi Play Album ArtistMusic.cfg
Failed to create cfg: srgs\en-US_Cinema Experience double feature.cfg

On selecting the group tab, when I click on Kodi Play Album ArtistMusic and Cinema Experience Double feature I get errors stating "we dont have access to the grammar for this group" (second pic)

I am running VC2 VoxCommando.exe, Kodi 15 Isengard. Both of those are installed on an external hard drive.

Thanks in advance for any help

Are you using the default VC configuration for Kodi Helix or have you made changes?

Can you please tell us what version number you are using.  Thanks.

You can eliminate this problem by clicking "Edit" on the main menu and then deleting the group named "Cinema Experience double feature".

And then delete the "Play hits by artist" command in the group "Kodi Play Album ArtistMusic".

Then save and close the editor.

Hey Jitterjames!

It was the default configuration for Kodi Helix and my version is VC 2.1.5.2

I deleted those two as you suggested and it works like a charm!! Thanks a ton for the help!
