Haha,  the amazon review is absolute nonsense - it comes with a USB cable which will connected to the PC - it is designed for VOIP (Skype,Lynk etc.), but it can also be used as extension for a normal DECT Phone.

Perhaps there is more than one version of this headset out there, or perhaps the reviewer was in error.

Since dect is made for a call center that should be among my best options, will definitely look into it, thanks.
