I keep getting an error on the song part of the genxml which will not allow me to use the vc for play song whatever. Anything I can do to remedy this? Thanks in advance.

If you can, switch to using the xSql plugin instead.

try putting the attached file in your plugins\xjson folder (replacing the original) and let me know if it helps.
