Get Actor's XML

Hi James,

Is there any way or any future plans regarding scrapping the actor's for movies? Sometimes I want to watch movies by a certain actors, such as Sandra Bullock for example.

It would be nice to have a feature such as find Actress Sandra Bullock and then have her movies and scroll and select one.

If you are using the xSql plugin or able to use it, then see this post which explains how to do it:

if you can't use the xSQL plugin for some reason (like you are using a central mySQL database with XBMC) then there is really no way to generate the payloadXML file that you need because of limitations of the current XBMC JSON api.  You could still do it with a dictation payload and a smart playlist in XBMC but it would probably get the actor names wrong quite frequently.
