libCEC functionality

hello,

I would like to see libCEC support.
This way voxcommando can turn my TV on and off. And because of CEC I don't need to purchase any additional hardware to control my video hardware.

I mean this CEC adapter:

If someone wants to send me a development device I am willing to spend some time on it to see what I can come up with.
