If it ever becomes a big problem I can add an option to use your own API KEY from WUnderground.  So instead of sharing the VC quota, you can use your own.

It may save you some headache in the future. Now that I've finished building the command, I'm not actually going to do more than a couple of times a day, but I suppose if more people start to use this technique, you guys could start receiving complains that the plugin is not working, where in fact the problem could be the over quota.

I've got a better script now, written in Python. Tomorrow I will test the last details and will post in the first post.. The current posted version does have a problem that I decided it would be easier to fix using python (to me at least).
