Scrolling issue

Hi,

 I've posed on the Amulet support forum but im curious if any other amulet users here have noticed the same thing. Holding down a directional key only scrolls through a list by 3 spaces then stops. FYI - Ive mapped all keys on the remote to xbmc functions via eventghost.

I doubt this has anything to do with the Amulet remote.

I'm using mine with a USBUIRT receiver with eventghost and have no such issues.

Your problem is most likely either related to your IR receiver, your EventGhost configuration, or possibly you have some IR interference (like from sunlight or your LCD TV) and your receiver is too sensitive.  Or you are too far from the receiver, or not aiming it consistently enough.

If you have another MCE compatible remote you can start by testing that with your current setup.

If you think your IR receiver is too sensitive you could try covering the input window with 1 to 3 layers of tape and/or paper.

FYI - scrolling issue is definitely my configuration, sorted it using auto repeat in eventghost
