Is is possible to have sub-level of groups (folders) in the command editor window so I can better organize my command groups? Apologies if this is already possible but I have not been able to do it.

No it is not currently possible and it is not likely to be added any time soon because it would be a huge amount of work. If it were easy I would have added this already because I would like to have it too! I only wish that I had organized it that way from the beginning... There are a lot of things I did not know when I started this program (and there are even more now).
