Online http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/Microsoft-Server-Speech-Platform-Runtime-x86-10581-program.aspx looked set to Microsoft SpeechPlatform and what files, their 7, so tried to put them.

added two files msttsengine.dll,msttsloc.dll
did not know what was the reason
it was v.1.931,now stands v.1.932

1.folder SR \ v11.0 to upgrade
2.folder SR \ v11.0 after upgrade
3.VoxCommando work program
should be two more files, the Internet is not found:
lwsreng.dll
mssps.dll

Video instructions: VoxCommando 2 - Getting started with MS Speech Platform 11, Testing VC2 in Russian, VoxCommando Installing for use with XBMC Frodo.
All removed, set zanovo.Pri startup VoxCommandoSP, the error window pops up on which you are working.
Close these windows, the program quits.
SRGS deleted folder, no effect.
