Hi Suitsch,

ich hab auch noch keinen TV-Tuner außer DVB-T, wollte nur mal schauen ob es funktioniert. Mit deinem HD-Receiver wirst Du immer besser wegkommen, allein die Umschaltzeiten in XBMC sind sehr lange ca. 5-10 sek..
Nur wenn Du dir eine Digitaleverywhere HD-Karte leistest (Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV C/CI DVB-C HDTV ca. 160 EUR oder bei ebay ca. 100 EUR gibt es auch als DVB-S Version) ist es eine feine Sache. (Würde ich ja machen, aber leider hat mein HTPC keine Firewire-Schnittstelle).

Zur konfig von XBMC: Also mit AEON habe ich das nicht hinbekommen, hatte dann eine Dharma-Vers. Beta4 mit PVR-Funktion für Mediaportal-TVserver gefunden und lade diese mal hoch mit allem was Du brauchst, da ich die Seite nicht mehr finde. Was man hat, dass hat man

Hi Wanilton,

i have tested, and it works fine. The AEON-Skin works not with MediaPortal TV-Server. MediaPortal TV-Server works only with the Confluence-Skin.

Hi James,

wow, the "profilcharger" works fine. Ok, the full restart of VC is not perfekt, but this special make VC more adaptable. You are the one and only "VoxMaster" 
I have one Question: In the upper of VC is a switch "learning mode", what can I do with it?

I need to work on this a bit more, but basically it allows you turn auto-learning on and off.  In the old VC learning is on all the time.  You may not always want it to learn though.  Once you have got it working the way you like, recognizing your accent, you probably want to turn learning off.  Especially if you have other people using it.  You don't want to "pollute" your profile.

I intent to make it so that it remembers the last setting that you used though... instead of always being off when you start VC.

I am also thinking about creating a training mode that steps you through a series of typical commands, one at a time, while in learning mode.  this would be a good way to start creating training data for people if it doesn't recognize them very well at the beginning and also a way for new users to learn some of the pre-configured commands.

Hi Wanilton,

i have reinstall the rc1-pvr of xmbc, but the Main-Menue button in setting have no function in AEON-Skin, i don't know why. I can't change the Main - Menue settings. Also in the confluence-skin the LiveTV does not work "no PVR-Client found"
If i reinstall the "xbmc-r35068-Dharma_beta4-PVR" the LiveTV work fine, but only in Confluence-Skin. Sorry for this trouble  
I will tested this on a clear system next time.

ok, i hope i have found my problem - is it possible AEON-MQ2 is not realy compatible with my installed Vers. of XBMC, is the "xbmc-r35068-Dharma_beta4-PVR"

i have a qoestion: LiveTV works fine in Confluence-skin, if i change to the old AEON-skin, i can't create "new item" in Main-Menue, the button Main-Menue have no function, and the German string.xml doesn't work (e.g. not all)

is it possible to install a command for the profile change in VC, as in Amuletremote?
Change "language profile" to a user (like "Kalle", and so on). On Amuletremote is a button, that can do this. (VB-script?)
That would be good for those who do not have an Amuletremote.

I need a tester!  You need to enter the payload list to match the profiles on your system.
Note that VC will need to do almost a full restart.  It has to dump all the commands and reload them in order for the new profile to work.  I think this is stupid but it seems to be what Microsoft requires.  I don't know why...

Corrected some important bugs, and implemented to show a fanart of an artist, when you run an album at main page, or you can also choose to rotate images from a directory chosen by you, in a slideshow.

Unzip and overwrite the current files.

Kalle, I'm glad you had success in implementing TV in XBMC if you have questions on use of XBMC do not hesitate to ask, check the settings in place to see the amount of possible changes in the skin.

mach ich gerne, habe es mit DVB-T getestet und funktioniert ganz gut. Die Prozessorlast liegt bei etwas über 20%! Kommt auf den Grafikchipsatz an, bei mir ION2 mit dezitierten 512MB DDR3-RAM. Werde es demnächts noch mit einer externen USB-HD-BOX von Terratec (H7) testen, besser wäre die Digitaleverywhere Firefly mein HTPC hat leider kein Firewire.
Die Umschaltzeiten sind ein bisschen langsam, aber ok dafür sieht es gut aus.

LiveTV on XBMC run

It was hard work (install/deinstall... and so one)
The solution is: MediaPortal TVserver as backend and a plugin for XBMC as a frontend.

Wanilton, i have tested with "Confluence-Skin", i will test next time with AEON-Skin, i hope it will be run!
