Nice update James, have small error with XJson. Actually after restarting VC, option for "Don't show OSD unless..." is disabled.
Checked-saved works ok, after restarting VC it's again unchecked.

I'm home and testing  ..unfortunately with no success. Disabled and still freezing.

I have 1.191 tested and work normally. This is really confusing, I'm just afraid that i'm not doing something wrong and waisting your and James time..

You are right, it's start normally, fetch number of items and at the point where need to create xml just stop. Probably is user error in my setup, will use groceries.xml created from older version.

Arduino's are really simple to get running - Most have Analogue and Digital outputs, and you can program them via your PC USB using something called a 'sketch'.

Have a look around as there is loads of info and you can have something up and running in minutes (even for a novice).

The switches on the remote you posted a link to look like 'membrane type' and this will be the hardest part of the project, and you will need to find someone that is good with a soldering iron in order to interface to them

TNX Vangelis, i setup my ambilight with the "sketch" metod. Ironing was made by my friend  ..will try to found some solution for this. Shame is everything works excepr the shutters. But if ever solve this, i need more sensors, rain, wind etc..... Where is the end?

Yes, please, if you can re-create the problem and post a log that would be helpful.

I've just tested 1.954 with regular VC and the SP version, and for me the command is properly generating over 400 items.

You might also try purging your cache (File > Purge Cache) and restarting the program to see if that helps. If you're switching between versions using the same configuration, maybe that is muddying the waters.

Wiil post soon as a came home...actually i using only 1.954. This rollback was just for test purpose.

I made a small test at work.. 1.954 and freez to. Here is the log if it help.Not shure if is relative cause dont have everything installated on this system. But in 1.933 work even on this setup.

Just to report..

I get this to work ok on 1.933 and when scan "update payload XML master list" everything went fine. Scaning, added and groceries.xml created.

In 1.954 "update payload XML master list" freezes VC. If need i could post log?

This one look really goot but price is to much. My sbh52 was gift but cost about 100$. Primary use was with my phone, but after i found voxcommando is on all the time. In normal use, talk time about 2hrs and pushed notifications to scrnn last about two days. Paired with PC and use to control VC one day and it's empty.

It has builit in fm radio, smal oled display for calls and notifications, loudspeaker,multipoint, and cool thing is that you can use it like small phone, anwering withouth any wires. Much better then holding phone on ear.

I setup mine to start some Tasker task for lamps :-)

I maybe simplifying things a little but could the OP not have something that just actuated the buttons on the keyfob (or spare)?
You could use an Arduino to control some transistors to simulate the switch presses - you would then just wire into the keyfob and have it located in RF range of the shutters.
