I am using micasaverde addons(device in vera)  to get the state of kodi ( play, pause, resume).  Vc shows the actions in the window and I use those actions as triggers in vc to run a vera scene and also to mute/unmute my mic.

I have tried 2 of the addons seperately with the same results.  The log i attached shows the sequence of starting the movie, then pausing it and then resuming. 

edit-  I have taken the vera stuff out and retested.   I get the same error with vc getting the info from kodi on just the play command.   this is the log with out vera interferring.

I am trying to set up scenes to turn lights on and off.  I am getting the state of kodi from veralight.    When i start the movie, all is good.  I pause, fine.  The next time I hit play i get the following

Is this a vera issue?  or just new kodi stuff?    I tried the xbmcstate and the kodi remote vera addons and they both produce the same results.

Bug Reports / Hue- Edit lights error

I get an unhandled exception when clicking the edit lights in the hue plugin.  edit groups and edit scenes work fine.
picture and copy of the error attached.   Not sure if a vc issue or a pc issue.

Bug Reports / Version 2.1.2.1-command editor error

I receive this error in the command editor when i open up a command to edit.  I tried to open multiple different commands and it appears to be the same error.
On a side note,  The new collection option is awesome.  Makes managing easier. Thanks

Other Plugins / Hue scenes: multiple entries

vc 2.1.0.5 (tested with 2.0.1.0 also with the same results)
I am seeing multiple scenes in the scenes editor that i do not have in my Hue app/site.   It appears that it is keeping the edits to scenes as scenes.  The extra repeated scenes are not the same.  According to the hue app and site I have 9 scenes.
I have deleted the xmls from huepayloads, restarted, and even without the xml's there, it is seeing the scenes/groups/lights.    I have renames folders that are  in my backups just in case there is some sort of static link in setup.
Is this by chance normal?  Is there a way i can edit out scenes I don't want to use?  Maybe i am just missing a step in a process.

"Open air" and "whole home" microphones / Polycom ef2280 detailed setup

I am going to document setting up my whole house mic setup.  I have found the most daunting part so far with this setup is the lack of supporting explicit documents.  Of course when the manual for the ef2280 references PalmPilot Hotsync, you know something is old.  
This is a work in progress.

General Discussion / Who has a whole home microphone array?

Getting ready to start my whole house (all 900ish sq ft of it) microphone setup.  I will be using a polycom vortex ef2280 as the mixer.  I think I will be using a Crown Audio PZM-11 Pressure Zone Microphone as a starter (if i win the bid on ebay  ).   
I am curious if anyone is doing something similar and if you can share setup and thoughts.

Other Plugins / Setting up a "reminders" in ggcal

I am setting up a reminder for myself.   Right now how it works is if an event comes in from a calendar containing the word reminder it reads the output form payload 1.  In the title I can put in "reminder walk the cat"  and it reads it just fine.   What i would like to do is have it trigger if payload one sees reminder and then read the description (payload 3).
I am sure this is possible, but i am not seeing how.

VoxCommando Basics and Core Features / Tutorial request

Could a tutorial on ggcal happen?  What i am specifically looking for is trigger an event based on a calendar entry (keyword/title). If it is possible.  But i am interested in what else it can do.

My goal is to use my ggcal to use as a daily alarm clock based on my calendar.   I have used the tablet time example succesfully already but i am trying to figure out the ggcal stuff.
I have a calendar set just for home auto.  I want it to fire off monday through friday based on the calendar entry (morning news). Now where some logic comes in....if another entry that says pto is present, that day will not fire off morning news and let me sleep.   

I have tried searching, but i may not be using the correct phrases.  any direction would be appreciated.
