Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Antwort! Hab mir soeben den USB UIRT mit dem 56KHz IR Sensor bestellt. Kann nicht schaden :). Weiß nämlich noch nicht wie sich das Konstrukt entwickelt und wie ich was wo positioniere...
Könnte man eigentlich zusätzlich den USB UIRT auch irgendwie (per Kabel) an meinen Onkyo Receiver anschließen, sodass der UIRT den Receiver steuert? Geht das auch zusätzlich zur Fernsehsteuerung? :o ;D

Hab nämlich den Receiver im Schrank und das Infrarotsignal kommt nicht durch, wollte somit sowieso irgend einen externen infrarot Empfänger nach außen legen.

Ich hätte nochmal eine extra Frage:

Gibt es kleine fertige Computersysteme (wie den Raspberry Pi) oder ein kleines günstiges Tablet wo ich VC stromsparend die ganze Zeit eigenständig laufen lassen kann? Momentan läuft er ja auf meinem HTPC, auf dem gleichzeitig XBMC etc. läuft. Den will ich aber nicht ständig lauffen lassen. Einerseits wegen dem Strom und andererseits weil der Lüfter nicht gerade der leiseste ist.

Aussage von Kalle  "Ich habe VC, sogar ohne Probleme, auf einem 8"-Tablet laufen (Windows8.1)."

Gibt es eine "Best Practise" Lösung? Stromsparendes Gerät, günstig, auf dem VC die ganze Zeit laufen kann?
Momentan nutze ich vc noch in Verbindung mit meinem Iphone und dem Mobiola Headset app:

PS: Einen vollwertigen Raspberry Pi hätte ich auch noch zu Hause. Aber nach meinem wissen läuft da ja vc nicht drauf...

Das Open room Mikro "MXL AC404 USB Conference Microphone"bringt leider bisher (trotz englischem Sprachpaket, etc ) kein vernünftiges Resultat. Mobiola headset hingegen ist nun in Verbindung mit dem Englischen Sprachpaket fast immer bei 95% Spracherkennung.

Naja mal sehen wie ich das lösen werde. Muss vermutlich erst viel mehr Zeit in die Thematik investieren. Macht mir auch Spaß, momentan nur nicht sooo viel Zeit :) (in einer Woche die nächste Uni Prüfung  :bonk )

allright! So i will now purchase the USB UIRT Controller.

But there were two versions of this controller?
Do i need the w/additinal 56KHz IR Sensor. What can you do with that?

Another question:
If i want to power on some devices like my tv or the sound system with my voice over power points:
Do you know a better solution than vc and Vera lite Controller? Or is this the best way to do that? I googled before but i couldn't find any better way.  ^-^
Just want to make sure before i order the vera controller. The other reason is that Kalle wrote me that the Vera Lite Controller is a phase-out model... ::dis

Is there any other home controle system that is supportet from vc?
Didn't think so or?

Hallo guys! Your're great! I had windows 7 professional installed on my htpc (german language). At the moment i'm upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate. So i can change the language to english. After that i will test again.
@ Jitterjames: I could only select German language. So the update to ultimate is the right process to continue

@Kalle
I haven't purchased vc now. So i think i'm using the standard version (the last stable one, not the beta).

After the next tests i will write the results.
I hope that the system is going to understand me quite well. We will see  ;D

So now i reinstalled vc and i have choosen english xbmc gotham..
But the results aren't getting better.
Im standing infront of the mic but it seems not getting over 30 % recognition rate...

Wit some background noises it's impossible to set a command that vc understands.
It seems to be verry verry difficult to handle an open room mic with vc so that it works  :biglaugh
Oh jesus, maybe the amulet remote is the best solution already.
Hmm i will do some further tests also with my laptop not with my htpc and than i will write further results.

Hallo Leute. Sorry für die späte Rückmeldung aber ich hab zurzeit Prüfungsphase in der Uni.
Mikro ist angekommen , gleich angesteckt und ausprobiert.
Dann: totale Enttäuschung mit meinem HTPC. Verschiedene Einstellungen vorgenommen im Audio Setup, Mikro Einrichtung gestartet.. Einstellungen im VoxCommando durchgesehen... Über 3 Stunden bin ich dran gesessen.
Spracherkennungsrate mit dem Mikro lag bei meinem HTPC bei 25-40%

Ich dachte mir das kann doch nicht sein? Pegel war auf 100%, mikro braucht keine Treiber und wurde auch erkannt..
Hab dann das Mirko Testspiele an meinen Laptop w7 Ultimate angesteckt. Sprache ein Windows auf Englisch gestellt, vc geladen und auf Englisch gestellt, Mikro angesteckt und mit xmbc kodi getestet und da war es auf einmal vieeeeel besser. Erkennungsrate lag bei 80-95%. Aus unterschiedlicher Entfernung (3-4m) immer noch aktzeptavel bei 55-70%.
Wieso ist das so ein immenser Unterschied? Worauf muss ich alles achten?
Mein vc auf meinen HTPC lädt komischerweise immer die DE (Deutsche Sprache beim Start) siehe systemmeldungen nach dem starten Links, obwohl in den Einstellungen die Sprache Englisch ausgewählt wurde. Irgendwie kommt mir das so vor, dass man sehr sehr viel mit den Einstellungen ausprobieren muss :/
Wahrscheinlich hat auch einiges mit den soundtreibern zu tun etc?

Kann mir wer helfen bzw mir einen Rat geben, was ich alles beachten muss? Gerne poste ich auch alle meine relevanten Einstellungen.
Hattet ihr schonmal die selben Probleme?

die links hatte ich mir auch abgespeichert :)

Jedoch gibt es auf der Webside http://www.zwave4u.com/shopping_cart.php?products_id=17594
den Controller leider nicht mehr. Sobald man den in den Warenkorb hinzufügt steht dort, dass er nicht mehr verfügbar ist etc.

Die sind aus Dänemark. Also EU. Sollte somit keine extra Zollkosten anfallen.
Ist das jedoch die EU Version des controllers?

I have another challenge. Want to purchase the VeraLite Controlle (EU) with 868MHz. The only one i found was on ebay. I bid on that but i havent won the auction  ::dis

I wrote to the offical Vera Selling Team from http://getvera.com/controllers/veralite/
Maybe they have an opportunity for me to get this controller in EU Version ^-^
Need that controler to power on some power sockets with my voice.

Is there also a cheap way to get on the USB UIRT (link above)? The same situation like with the veralite Controller -> They were not sold in German  :-[

I could order it from America but it would spend me more money on that.

Now to some good news:
Tomorrow i will receive my microphone  :D
I will test it and write a statement into the forum!

Maybe some german users could help me with the way of purchasing this stuff. Some users have allready done that before. (purchasing is not the problem, but i dont want to purchase to huge prices ;) )

Kann man mit dem Vera Light Controller Funk Steckdosen ansprechen und steuern?
Der Controller kann ja über die Standard Protokolle ziemlich viel ansprechen.

Hab auf Ebay einen USB-UIRT gefunden. Muss ich da jedoch auch etwas beachten? Kompatibilität zu VC?

gerne Poste ich noch den Nachrichtenverlauf mit Kalle in den deutschsprachigen Bereich des Forums. Soll ich das einfach hier drunter Posten oder einen neuen Thread erstellen?  ???

Gut, das gepostete Mikrofon ist bereits bestellt. Ich teste das einfach mal, sobald es angekommen ist.  :P
Zu dem Mikrofon hatte ja ein User bereits intensiv berichtet, weshalb ich mich auch für dieses Mic entschieden habe.
Sprachbefehle sollen nicht nur vom Sofa aus erteilt werden. Möchte z.B. ebenfalls wenn ich in der Küche stehe (im Wohnzimmer integriert) das System steuern können. Aber ich probier das einfach wie gesagt und schreibe dann meine Berichte hier ins Forum.

Dachte man braucht den Vera-Controller ebenfalls für mein Zielscenario ::confused
Ich glaube jedoch, dass es nicht "schaden" kann Ihn zu besorgen. Möchte auch noch Steckdosen an und ausschalten können, Receiver an und ausschalten etc.

Aber eins nach dem anderen  :bonk

Sobald das mit dem Mic klappt bestell ich mir den iTachWiFi-Flex, der ja zur Fernseher Steuerung ausreichen sollte.
Wie läuft das eigentlich mit Bestellungen aus Amerika? Ab einem Warenwert von ca 22€ kommt ja noch die Umsatzsteuer hinzu.
Kann man die Systeme ebenfalls in Deutschland erwerben? Sollte ich da auf irgend etwas achten?

Freue mich schon rießig auf das nächste Doing. Stück für Stück gehts vorran  8)

Hello everybody,

im Sven from Munic, 25 years old and i have a big goal (for me), where i could need a little help  ;D.
The days before i wrote some messages with the genius member Kalle from germany because im german too. It's quit more faster to write in german  :biglaugh
So please apologize the written mistakes if they appear.

So now to my goal: I want to control my hole living room with voxcommando
I would like to : Controle the TV (on, off, program switching..), control my lights (dim it, on, off), control my xbmc which is installed on my htpc.

So Kalle informed me verry well! Special thanks to him!

I'm now ready to order some stuff to build it up step by step:

For the ligths: I got Phillip heu with 3 bulbs (also connected to vc)

Finally i want to controle everything without having some headset on or something in my hand(like the Amulet Remote, or my Iphone -> App "Headset").
So the "open Room "microphone i postet should be the solution. It's only for the living room
What do you think? Is there a better solution that we haven't fokused on?  :o
If this is the best solution at all i would order the stuff.

So please give me a short advice  ;)

I hope i haven't forgotten anything ^^. Otherwise i will post it later.
