XBMC (Old board see 'KODI' above) / jump to specific season of tv show

back again after an absence of 6 months and the app seems to have come on nicely in that time! more over, the ability to use my iPhone as a live mic with mobiola is EPIC!

Anyway, my question is how might I setup XBMC to jump to a specific season of a show? For example everybody knows season 4 is the best of family guy, sometimes i just want a random episode from that season.

"Jump to Season 4 of Family Guy" or something like that...

EventGhost / triggering a vc event from eventghost

not quite understanding the vc.triggerevent syntax fully.

i want to call the startducking action / command when i switch the mic on (from my iphone if you must know via hipporemote). the idea is that it will switch the mic on and auto softmute xbmc too. this works fine when i speak JARVIS but if the volume is high this isn't an option.

i've got the communication working fine for vc.on / standby etc. just want to be able to call custom events i think. what am i missing?

Trying to get xbmc to toggle fullscreen, sounds so simple and sorry my first post is such a simple problem!

I've tried using btn.kb then \ which is backslash which should work right?


is there an execbuiltin function or http api call i'm missing? the \ just isn't working.


awesome program btw, well worth the $$. and i went out and bought a kinect specially today (despite the recommendations against) and am start in my room shouting JARVIS at my tele, which now softmutes and listens for my command. LOVE IT! Thank you SO much. Just the fullscreen thing is bugging me now. I will be doing a demo vid later probably too.
