Infrared Codes (Learning and Sending) / Help needed with USB-UIRT from usbuirt.com

I purchased USB-UIRT device from usbuirt.com. However, the device is not visible in VoxCommando 2.3.0.4 with the device status and code learning dialogs greyed out. Whey I click on Reinitialize UUIRT, got the message Failed to connect to device.

Appreciate any help in troubeshooting this issue.
