How can I launch VoxCommando in minimmized mode?

that's a basic windows thing.  look at properties for a shortcut.  Could be on your desktop or, pinned to your taskbar, but the shortcut properties will let you set path, command line parameters and also run window normal, minimized or maximized, run as administrator etc.
