Thanks.  Yea I have VAC, I might give voice meeter a try.

Is voicemeeter similar to Virtual Audio Cable (VAC)?

If so, what's the advantage of using voicemeeter?

General Discussion / Re: Wink Hub - anyone using this device?

^^ yea exactly that.

Isn't only wink stuff works with wink hub and only hue lights work with hue bridge?  That's why you have 2 hubs?

I thought you just want something that works out of the box.  That's why I mentioned Insteon. It supports iOS , android and windows phone and any computer with Internet browser and also works with voxcommando.

Didn't know you are being so technical.  You can try build a custom pc with Voxcommando.  Can't go wrong with that.

CastleOS and its software is way overpriced!

Where are you from?  There's another one called Insteon.  It's easy to setup, reliable and ok price.

Yea not bad but I think I'm gonna get Philips Hue strip lights for my indication light since VoxCommando supports it and then expand more with their light bulbs for red alert and other fun stuff.  :)

VoxCommando Basics and Core Features / Re: VC (nonSP) - SAPI
« on: February 13, 2015, 06:54:02 PM »
Thanks for the reply!

So I did some more research and I see that you can set your speech input.  After doing that, my problem was fixed even after I restart VC.

I don't know why and what happen but if anyone else happen to come up with this same problem might give this a try.

"VC.SetSpeechInput"

Yea, I'm getting a lil frustrated too going back and forth with the standard and SP version.

I'm using an open mic setup with Kinect.  To me, the standard version with a trained profile is better by yourself.  If everyone else is using it too then I think the SP version is more suitable in this case.  However, the SP version does not support the payload dictionary.  Also, it only limited to using 1 mic for me.  Not sure, is that a bug, a limitation or something wrong with my system.

Very nice job!  Can't wait to see more!   ::) ::)

I too have the same problem tho it only happens in VoxCommandoSP so I don't know if this is a bug or limitation for the SP version.

I have 2 Kinect and only 1 specific one works in SP, even when I mute it in the setting, it will un-mute itself when I restart VC-SP.

That's good to know so it was my problem.  I started from scratch, reloaded the voicecommands.xml, de-select and re-select the plug-ins seems solved the problem.

But I don't get what you're trying to say? What is a cracked version?  I'm using the 2.1.3.6 beta.

Are we talking about TTSMS?  'Coz say if I use the English recognition and then use the output as a TTSMS Russian voice.  It will speak and recognize Russian phrases but not English anymore.  I tried selecting the voice from the TTSMS plug-in and also tried changing it with the setvoicenum action but same result.  Did I do something wrong?

Or if you have an iPhone, an app called headset from (shape GmbH) mobiola cost $1.99

Just wanna make sure, you can't select a different voice than the speech recognition engine right?  I noticed that when I switched the voice, the engine also switched accordingly.
