Microphone recommendation of specialists

I have send a e-mail to BASIS Computer- & Systemintegration GmbH (they have "electronic ear") www.basis-wismar.de and have told them what i will do with my voice.
They have offer a micro REVOLABS xTag, see attach. It's near like "capitan Kirk", and from revolabs you can have solutions for more as one room.
But the price....
I think its interesting.

I have been interested in this mic for a while, but it is expensive, and not as good as a headset in a noisy environment.

I am interesting in the Electronic Ohr software.  Do you know much about it?  Is it available, for download, or for purchase?

yes its the same, its right "for this price", but theese are specialists for language control.
I think electronic ear is combined hard- and software, or a "blackbox" with a includet wizard, i dont know much more.
I think the best is you send a e-mail, that you a "great language researcher for computers" etc.

I have read the following about this microphone: "The Revolabs xTag wireless microphone works well for speech recognition in quiet environments. We do not recommend this microphone for speech recognition if you have even a moderately noisy environment."

this makes sense because the only solution that will work reliably in a noisy environment is one with the microphone near your mouth, and another microphone pointed in the opposite direction.  The sound that enters the outward pointing microphone gets subtracted from the microphone that is pointed at your mouth.  That is why you would be better off with something like this:

I think this is the ultimate solution if you want really good recognition with a good wireless range in a room that is not quiet.  Of course it is also very expensive and not as comfortable to wear as the xtag.  So it is a personal choice.

For me they are both too expensive!  Maybe if I could try them and they were super fantastic, I would buy one...
