DXinput Issue with BF3

I am having an issue with my xml for BF3 with Vox. I test the voice commands and they work when I test them in notepad the proper key stroke is pressed. However when I try them in BF3 they will not work. Can someone look at my xml file and see if I have things correct?

Have you used this plugins with other games before?  Did it work?

Did you try to adjust the "KeyPress Delay" setting in the plugin settings?

Do you know if you are using the correct keys for BF3?

It was a keypress delay had to set it to 50, thanks.
