Hello VOXCOMMANDO

I was really impressed by the demo video I saw, I run XBMC on my mediacentre PC and really want to give you my money to get this experience.

However, running the install, when I run VOXCOMMANDO I get an immediate dialog box reading "options: there are no suitable languages for speech on this system"

This surprises me because I'm pretty sure all my region and language options are pretty standard.

Here's some system info
XP Pro
Default Input Language: English (United States) - US
Installed Services: EN English (United States) / keyboard US

Hi Torontokev, welcome to VC-Forum. The help is easy, VC run only with Windows Vista (32/64bit) or Windows 7 (32/64bit). You must install one of this systems if you want to use VoxCommando.

Not to give a leg up to your competition.... but are you aware of any product that could at least launch a music playlist by voice that is XP compatible?

Yes, but Windows 7 is a cheap and good investment also it can handle mediadata even better as XP.

I am with same message issue "option: there are no suitable languages for speech on this system" what can I do?

I am brazilian, so sorry, with my poor english, my PC configuration OS is: Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bits.

Hello lcorazza, Windows 7 Home Premium, don´t have support for multiple languages, read the GatoGuga Blog, there are one solution for you there, in your native language, and welcome to VoxCommando Forum:

Obrigado Wanilton,

Participo também do HTforum e foi fussando lá que cheguei até o XBMC e Voxcommnado achei muito interessante. Fiquei um pouco frustrado ao saber que não tinha como controlar com meu OS mas agora vc me deu um novo animo vou checar o link qq coisa posto algo no HTforum. A propósito seus posts no forum sobre o XBMC e Vox commando estão muito legais parabéns.
