Why do you not use your desktop directly? Here is one of many solutions : http://voxcommando.com/forum/index.php?topic=595.0

You can run VoxCommando on your laptop, or use any number of microphone solutions like the one Kalle, suggested.  You can use VoxWav on your Android if you have one, or try one of the microphone solutions for iOs, but there is currently no way that we provide to use a microphone from one pc as an input on another pc.  Maybe someone else provides such a solution, I don't know.

@ IKROWNI

It's a long shot, take a look at this http://www.bluestacks.com/ Use all 750,000 Mobile Apps on PC or Mac, maybe voxwav will work in this software.
Neural Net Based Artificial Intelligence.

The android emulator is indeed a longshot, since it will *probably* not recognize your microphone.

Maybe  Window remote desktop will let you use the microphone on your laptop?

edit:  did some reading and it sounds like MAYBE the mic will work.  It seems hit and miss: https://getsatisfaction.com/bstk/searches?query=microphone&x=-982&y=-169&style=topics
