General Discussion / trying to install Nest

Hello,
I am working on setting up Nest and am getting error. I say "Login to Nest" and it comes back with can't compile grammar into cfg. Do you know what I might be doing wrong? Please let me know if you need anything else as I am new to all of this.
One thing I did sign up to be on Nest's Beta software, and maybe have a different version. (not sure if that makes a difference or not.)
By the way this software is awesome.
