Windows 7 Ultimate x86


Online http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/Microsoft-Server-Speech-Platform-Runtime-x86-10581-program.aspx looked set to Microsoft SpeechPlatform and what files, their 7, so tried to put them.
see screenshot

added two files msttsengine.dll,msttsloc.dll

did not know what was the reason
it was v.1.931,now stands v.1.932

I don't know what led you to that website, but you should completely ignore that, especially if you don't know what you are doing.

msttsengine.dll,msttsloc.dll do not belong in that folder.
