prefix -> "post"-fix

Would it be possible or is there maybe a way yet to use the prefix-mode directly after a command?
I think this would feel much more natural with some phrases.
for example: my prefix is "Sarah" and with the command "Good night" VoxCommando turns of my Music, my TV and my lights.
But it would feel better to say "Good night, Sarah" instead of "Sarah, good night"

Of course I could use another phrase like "turn everything off", where the prefix makes more sense. But I enjoy talking to my computer like talking to a real person

Haha, you can say "sarah", "good night" this is real enough  
But by the way, you can use "intercom with prefix", I can give you an example for this command tomorrow.

Mit einem solchen Befehl (Phrase) kannst Du "Good night Sarah" sagen, danach eine TTS Ausgabe "sleep well Dave" und alle Geräte schalten sich ab. Dürfte ohne probleme funktionieren.

"good night" war ja nur ein Beispiel gibt ja noch mehr Phrases bei denen das "Sinn" machen würde (Goodbye, good morning, etc.)

Hmm, hab die xml mal ausprobiert, aber das klappt noch nicht ganz so wie ich mir das vorstelle. Ich nehme mal an ich muss bei "just one thing" always on aktivieren und dann als Phrase "good night sarah" eingeben?
dann wechselt er aber leider erst wieder in den standby, wenn ich einen weiteren befehl sage oder die idle-timeout zeit abgelaufen ist.

Du hast recht, du müsstest das für jeden Befehl machen (ich kann mal schauen, ob sich da was mit einem logic Befehl machen lässt)

Den single prefix muss ich mir noch mal ansehen, ist schon wieder eine weile her, aber Du kannst immer an den Befehl immer ein vc.standby anhängen, wenn Du etwas Geduld hast, kann ich Dir morgen vielleicht eine Lösung anbieten.

you can't create a post-fix that works across all commands in the same way that the prefix does.

However if it is just for a few special commands you can create  a command such as "good night sarah" and in the LCB you can set this command to "always on" so that even if you are in standby, this command will still be executed and you won't need to say the prefix.  Of course if you are using prefix mode it will also be possible to say "sarah good night sarah" but you don't have to.

the "pay attention" command uses this technique to issue the VC.On command even though you are in standby.

Are you actually running in standby mode and using the prefix that way?  Or are you just using the prefix while you are in "on" mode?

Yes, I'm running VC in standby mode, use the prefix for single commands and the "pay attention" command to set VC on for 15 seconds if I have a bunch of commands.
I think I'll try the always on option and seperate commands. Didn't realize zhis option until I experimented with intercom with prefix command by Kalle yesterday.

@Kalle: Nochmal vielen Dank, aber ich glaube ich komme jetzt zurecht. Werde es über always on lösen, dann bleibt VC auch im Standby. (Wenn VC bei mir auf on wechselt meldet es sich immer per TTS und das würde in dem Fall dann ja wieder nicht passen...)

Super, wenn Du eine funktionierende Lösung gefunden hast, kannst Du die Befehlsgruppe aus deinem Editor exportieren und unter "Tipps und Tricks" hochladen, ist bestimmt für den ein- oder anderen interessant.
