I have made some changes to the plugin communication with VC that you won't notice, unless I broke something.

I fixed the prefix ducking events.  I hope.

I added the google weather plugin.  It's pretty cool!  Check it out.  Much more powerful for creating custom weather reports in multiple languages.

You can now turn logging on and off from the options menu on the main VC window.  Turning logging off when you don't need it is probably a good idea to improve responsiveness.

edit: updated attachment to 0.913b : fixed a bug in logic evaluation

Very nice solution to the Show Passwords option in E-Mail settings. I would have never thought of that A+
