Microphone starts and stops responding at random

I think I will remove this thread since it is not really helpful.  No user has followed up with their problem enough to determine what is actually happening and it will simply create more confusion for new users who might be having similar issues.

Sorry, I've just been so busy lately, so I haven't done any of Kalle's suggestions. Just go ahead and delete the thread. I won't be able to do anything for another week. I'll probably just try to search for my problem or create a new thread if need be. Thank you so much for the time!. I'm just gonna use voxwav for now as a temp solution.
