Title: short cut keys for adding Command and New Group

would it be possible to add shortcut keys for adding a new Command and a New Group?

I have a script that I use to change the function or my my mouse keys based on what windows are active, and I would like to add the ability to use my mouse back (Mbutton1) and Mouse forward (Mbutton2) to be able to add a new group and command, I already have my wheel click set to rename commands, groups, and collections,

that and possibly add them under the right click menu

No problem.  I'll add 3 shortcuts.  It isn't practical to do it for every type:

Ctrl-Shift-G   |   New Group
Ctrl-Shift-C   |   New Command
Ctrl-Shift-P   |   New Phrase

This feature is in the new version (available now), along with a new look and more UI translations.
