I always see discussions about mics on here so I figured I'd pass this along. I just ordered a CAD Audio U7
USB Tabletop/Boundary microphone for the master bedroom and bathroom in my house and it works perfect! I was able to find these mics on ebay for like fifteen bucks and they are amazing. I'm able to walk back and forth between both rooms without any issues (well minus the shower).
