How can I get OSD or MCE Popups to work with Voxcommando and Windows 8.1? I have the box checked but nothing is coming up when I am in Media Center. I think at one time I was able to see alternates but now that doesn't work either. I tried checking unchecking the options and restarting the app.

regular OSD display won't work because WMC does not share the screen with other applications so nothing can appear in front of it.
If you have the VMC Controller plugin then you should be able to enable popups in VC options under the WMC tab

It is possible that the VMC Controller plugin does not work at all with Windows 8. I have never tested this.

Yeah it must not work with win 8.1 64 bit anyway because I have not had success.

This version works with Win 8 x 64

I believe this is the same version that I link to in the WMC wiki. There is actually a new version out there somewhere but I don't know if it is any better.

I am not having problems with Voxcommando controlling Win 8.1. I believe that's all this plugin for the TCP/IP Controller does. So sending pause play etc. works fine.
It's the popups within Media Center to show what commands are being passed that doesn't work in Win 8.1 x64.

To avoid confusion, what version is later than the May 25, 2010 version I posted (that only works with x64 to my knowledge)?
I'd love an updated version if there is one.
