Title: Prefix Confidence Level as payload to Prefix.start

is there a way to pass prefix confidence level as payload with prefix.start event ?

maybe a python script like the one here http://voxcommando.com/forum/index.php?topic=1689.0 ?
or modify that python to have that info passed with it ?

although I think ideally with prefix.start ...

I can use that to create adaptive confidence level just like in http://voxcommando.com/forum/index.php?topic=1690.msg14675#msg14675

You've got some testing to do...

- new VC.prefix.start payload
- fixes to Group.Rebuild action (events and prefixes)
