Title: Change polling time for the Belkin WEMO plugin

The recent addition of the polling function on WEMO addon has really opened more possibilities especially when paired with the WEMO sensor, the one thing that would make it alot better would be the capacity to increase or decrease the polling time to give a quicker or slower response . Is this possible to add please?

FYI

There is a new version of VoxCommando on the download page which includes the updated Wemo plugin, with adjustable polling time.
