Title: VERSION 1 USERS: To import VC2 commands, you must update to 1.191 !!!

Version 1 users:

The xml structure of commands in VC2 is different.

To import version 2 command xml that users are now posting on the forum, you need to at least update to the latest version 1 release: 1.191.
