Welcome lexanic37,
Unfortunately, the Microsoft Speech Engine that supports Russian speech recognition does not allow payload dictation. That is a limitation of the Microsoft SP11 engine. It is not something VoxCommando can solve.
Is there a specific command you are trying to create? We can suggest alternative solutions. However, all solutions will require that you use a defined vocabulary.

You can use a payloadXML which contains all possible phrases you want to be able to say.
If you mean a dictionary of the complete Russian language, no, it is not possible.

How much can have a maximum value playloadXMl??

This will depend on your hardware, and how you implement the commands.
The best way to know is to try it.
As an example, you can compare it to a large music library. http://voxcommando.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Large_music_libraries
The music library example is more complicated, because people's music databases often contain bad metadata. If you are creating your own payloadXML list of values, you should have more control.

Thanks you. You very helping me.

Usually you will be OK with 20000 payloads or less. It depends on how long each one is. Larger payloads and more commands will mean that VoxCommando will use more memory and take longer to load.
