Post by: mdsh on April 01, 2014, 04:05:59 AM
Hi again everyone I am working n my first video (thank to James and his help) but there is one thing I can just not figure out...  :bonk or find for some reason. I am looking to add a delay of a few miliseconds or a second here and there between some actions but can't find it  ::confused

thanks in advance for any hints

Have a good day everyone

You can use the VC.Pause action to add a delay between actions (value in milliseconds). So if you want to add a delay of a half second write 500 in thevalue field.

quick test and now my commands seem to be working really well! Previously I had to give breaks between sending commands or execute some commands twice but now after a very basic and quick test the 100ms delay\pause seems to have fixed this right up. Thanks again Kalle. Hopefully I will have time and get over my movie making "fear" to finally get round to making a quick demo movie of my new toys that James has so kindly helped me with!

Next time you are searching for an action but you don't know what it's called, you may want to scan the following page:
