As soon as PayPal has fully processed your payment, you should receive an email containing the information needed to activate VoxCommando. If you don’t receive an email from us within the next couple of hours, it is probably because the email was blocked by your ISP or ended up in a spam filter. (Please check your spam.)
If this happens and you can’t find your activation email in your spam folder, don’t worry. Contact us via our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as we are able (usually within 12 hours). You can also join the forum and send jitterjames a PM if you prefer.
If you are not already a member of the forum, please sign up and introduce yourself. It’s a great place to get help, and users regularly post commands that you can use in your own configuration. For feature requests or support, please post to the forum.
About upgrades
If you just purchased an upgrade it may take a bit longer to receive your email confirming that your upgrade is complete.
This is because your registration needs to be updated manually behind the scenes (unlike a regular license purchase). We are in the Eastern time zone (GMT-4/5) and are unlikely to process your order during the night, so you may need to wait up to 12 hours in some cases.
Once we’ve processed your upgrade, VoxCommando version 2 should activate automatically on any computer with a licensed copy of version 1.
If you’re installing VC2 on a new computer, your activation code and email address will remain the same. Simply wait for our email confirming that we’ve upgraded your license.
