Automatic Data Collection and Advertising in ***VoxWav Free Only***

I use the standard APIs provided to developers in order to display third-party advertisements in free versions of my Apps. Advertisers and third-party advertising networks may need to know how you interact with advertising contained in these Apps. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by my services including, but not limited to, the anonymous device advertising identifier of your device. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other websites or applications you are using on your device, your non-precise location information (e.g. city), and other non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising in my Apps. If you would like to opt out from third-party collection of this type of information, used to display targeted advertising, you have following option: You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling my free Apps. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data required for the App to function

  • Audio recorded from the mobile device microphone or other sensor information is not stored.
  • Audio is transmitted directly to VoxCommando for speech recognition purposes only.
  • The current call state of the mobile device is used to disable recording during phone calls only.
  • Tilt sensor may be used to start / stop recording depending on App settings configured by the user.

Do third parties see and/or have access to this information?

Yes. I may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information: as required by law; when I believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect my rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; to advertisers and third-party advertising networks and analytics companies as described above. I will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
